What we do
Most projects lose time and money in the gap between the people who design and the people who build. CKSF closes that gap by doing both — architectural and interior design under the same roof as the construction crew that executes it.
Selected work
fifteen projects across Batangas, Cavite, Oriental Mindoro and Metro Manila — houses, rental villas and retail fit-outs. Below, one project at each stage of the process.

View project →Services
Ground-up builds and renovations for homes and commercial spaces. We run the site, the trades and the schedule, and we are the single party answerable for the result.
Plans, elevations and the permit drawings that go with them — prepared with the build in mind, so what gets drawn is what can actually be built to budget.
Layouts, finishes, joinery and lighting. Handled as part of the same contract, so the interior is not a second project bolted on after the building is up.
How a project runs
Every project moves through the same sequence, from the first site visit to the day you get the keys. Knowing which stage you are in is how you know whether the project is on track.
Start a project
Send through the site, the scope and a rough budget range. We will tell you honestly whether it is something we should take on.
